Non-sale items (excluding lighting) can only be exchanged or returned for store credit if the store is notified within 10 days of receipt of the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable. White on White Furniture provides shipping labels for returns. However, the customer is responsible for any return delivery fees. Sale, discounted items and lighting are final sale.
Please make sure to check all items in your order upon receipt and note any damages at the time of delivery/pick up.
If any items are damaged at the time of delivery/pick-up, note this on the packing slip and contact us immediately. Your items will be replaced as soon as possible.
